Locations

The University of Michigan EMAL has two locations - North Campus and Central Campus. The U of M Parking and Transporation Services has a map of Ann Arbor & the surrounding area in GIF format.

Directions from Detroit Metro Airport to the North Campus EMAL and Central Campus EMAL are provided by Google Maps.

North Campus

The North Campus EMAL is located in the west basement of the Space Research Building (colored red). Note that the visitor parking is located across the street adjacent to the Michigan Ion Beam Laboratory.

Access to NC EMAL
The prefered routes to access the laboratory are though the west doors of the building or the north doors of the building from the parking lot.

Parking
The building parking lot (denoted by "P") is for university staff and faculty only. A metered lot (denoted by "VP") is located across the street to the east of the building near to The Michigan Ion Beam Laboratory.

Central Campus

The Central Campus EMAL is located on the second floor of the C.C. Little Building (colored red) on the corner of North University and Chruch Street.

Access of CC EMAL
It is best to go in through the west enterance, and directly up the stairs.

Parking
Note that visitor parking (denoted by "VP") is located near the Dental School, or across from East Hall. There are also many metered parking spots around the streets of Central Campus.
