The University of Michigan EMAL has two locations - North Campus and Central Campus. The U of M Parking and Transporation Services has a map of Ann Arbor & the surrounding area in PDF format.
Directions from Detroit Metro Airport to the North Campus EMAL (DTW --> NC EMAL) and Central Campus EMAL (DTW --> CC EMAL) are provided by Google Maps.

The North Campus EMAL is located in Building 22 of the North Campus Research Complex (colored red). Note that the visitor parking is located at the front of the complex near the entrance to Builing 18. Building 18 is the main visitor entrance to the facilities of NCRC and the security staff there have directions allwoing you to reach EMAL.
Access to NC EMAL
For first time visitors, the preferred access route to EMAL is via the visitor entry through Building 18. Registered users may use their MCard to enter through the main south-facing door of Builing 22 where the lab is located.
The building parking lots immediately adjcent to Building 22 is for university staff, faculty and students who have the correct color parking pass (Yellow or better) only. The visitor lot is located near the visitor entrance next to Building 18

The Central Campus EMAL is located on the second floor of the C.C. Little Building (colored red) on the corner of North University and Chruch Street.
Access of CC EMAL
It is best to go in through the west enterance, and directly up the stairs.
Note that visitor parking (denoted by "VP") is located near the Dental School, or across from East Hall. There are also many metered parking spots around the streets of Central Campus.
