Nova 200 Nanolab Dualbeam FIB

As of the 12th of December 2003, the Nova 200 NanoLab Dualbeam is under vacuum and both optical columns are functioning.
Alignments will begin on Monday the 15th of December. The system does not yet have a "plucker" or an XEDS system.
The plucker will be a Kleindiek Nanotechnik and the XEDS system an
EDAX Genesis system.
